Can you hold a place before I apply?
We rent properties on a first-come, first-served basis with a completed application and required fees. To increase your chances, we recommend applying promptly. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Move-in expenses differ by property, but tenants are generally expected to pay the first month's rent and a security deposit. In some cases, last month’s rent may also be required. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to sign a lease agreement. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. The security deposit is returned if the lease terms are fulfilled and the property is left in good condition, aside from normal wear and tear. Charges may apply for damages, unpaid rent, or cleaning costs. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Rent can typically be paid online through the tenant portal or via check or money order, depending on the available payment methods for your property. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Before bringing a pet home, review your lease and contact management. Some properties permit pets with an added deposit or monthly fee, while others may have pet restrictions. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
In most cases, all tenants are jointly responsible for the lease. If one roommate plans to stay, they may need to requalify or find a new tenant, pending management approval. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You’ll need to provide written notice by the deadline specified in your lease. Review your lease agreement to confirm the required notice period. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The property manager handles standard maintenance and repairs. However, tenants may be charged for issues caused by misuse or neglect. Always submit requests through the proper maintenance channels.
